摘要

膨胀型钢结构防火涂料的耐候性是其应用中需考虑的一个重要因素。本文利用扫描电镜( SEM)、热重分析仪( TG)和小型耐火试验炉研究了紫外老化对膨胀型防火涂料的磷含量、表面形貌、热稳定性和防火性能的影响规律,并研究了面漆对其上述性能的影响。研究结果表明:随紫外老化试验的进行,防火涂料的磷含量、热稳定性、高温膨胀成炭性能和耐火隔热性能均出现明显降低;面漆具有较好的保护作用,表面涂刷面漆的防火涂料各项性能变化不大。

Abstract

In the application of intumescent fire-retardant coatings for steel structure, weatherability of the coatings was an important topic to be concerned.The effects of UV aging on the phosphorus content,surface morphology,thermal stability and fire retardancy of intumescent fire-retardant coatings were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), thermal analysis(TG)and small-scale fire test furnace.The influence of topcoat on the above properties was also studied. The results indicated that the phosphorus content,thermal stability,intumescent charring properties under high temperature and fire retardancy and thermal-insulating properties of fire-retardant coatings decreased obviously after UV aging.The topcoat showed good protection,but the above properties of the fire-retardant coatings showed little changes with the protection of topcoat.
