车身磷化膜异常原因分析及措施探讨

摘要

涂装新线出现车身磷化膜结晶疏松、粗大的异常现象,通过对钢板表面状态、表调槽液参数、表调性质、表调水质、表调温度、磷化槽液参数等的分析,得出表调温度高、磷化总酸低是磷化结晶异常的主要原因。实验一方面通过降低脱脂温度、新增表调前新鲜工水喷淋、增大风阀开度等措施降低表调温度;另一方面通过更换故障的磷化循环泵提高磷化总酸,最终解决了磷化结晶异常的问题,保证了现场生产的顺畅与车身品质的稳定。

Abstract

In a new painting line,an abnormal phenomenon was found that coarse and loose cristals on phosphating film of car body occured.Through analysis in detail of the surface state of the steel sheets,parameters of the tank content,property,water quality and temperature of the surface conditioning process,and the parameters of the phosphating tank,it was concluded that the high surface conditioning temperature and the low total phosphating acid were the key influent factors.To solve these problems,one way was to reduce the conditioning temperature by lowering the degreasing temperature,add fresh industry water spray before conditioning and increase the air valve opening.The other way was to increase the total acid by replacing the faulty phosphating circulating pump.Finally,the problem of crystallization of phosphating film wassolved completely to ensure a smooth production on-site and a stable quality of car body.
