摘要

以妥尔油脂肪酸、新戊二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、邻苯二甲酸酐、间苯二甲酸 -5-磺酸钠为原料制备了含有不同马来酸酐量的自乳化水性醇酸树脂。其中,间苯二甲酸 -5-磺酸钠为自乳化剂,马来酸酐为硬度和耐酸碱性改性剂。将该自乳化水性醇酸树脂与甲醚化氨基树脂制备了水性醇酸氨基烤漆。结果表明:马来酸酐的引入大大提高了水性醇酸氨基烤漆的硬度和耐酸碱性。

Abstract

A water based self-emulsifying alkyd resins with various contents of maleicanhydride were prepared from tall oil fatty acid,neopentyl glycol,trimethylolpropane,phthalic anhydride,5-sulfoisophthalic acid monosodium salt(5-SSIPA). The 5-sulfoisophthalic acid monosodium salt(5-SSIPA)was used as internal emulsifier and maleic anhydride was used ashardness and resistance modifier. Then a waterborne amino alkyd stoving enamel was preparedbased on water based self-emulsifying alkyd resins modified by maleic anhydride. The effectof maleic anhydride used on water based alkyd resins showed that,as the introduction of maleic anhydride,the properties of waterborne amino alkyd stoving enamel were improved,in terms of hardness,chemical and solvent resistance.
