为进一步挖掘粉煤灰的资源化利用潜力,扩宽其应用范围,减轻其对环境的污染压力,本文介绍了粉煤灰的形成、组成、利用现状与存在问题,讨论了粉煤灰填充涂料的种类、工艺、组成与性能,包括粉煤灰填充隔热涂料、粉煤灰填充铸造涂料、粉煤灰填充防水涂料、粉煤灰填充防火涂料、
粉煤灰填充其他功能涂料,并指出将粉煤灰作为填料用于涂料,开发各种功能性涂料,是粉煤灰资源化利用的研究重点之一。
In order to further develop the recycling potential of fly ash,broaden its application scope and reduce its pollution pressure to the environment,in this paper, formation,composition,status quo of the utilization and existing problem of fly ash were described briefly. Different kinds of coatings filled with fly ash and their technology,composition and performance were discussed,including heat-insulation coatings,casting iron coatings,waterproofing coatings,fireproofing coatings,and other functional coatings. And it was also shown that development of various functional coatings filled with fly ash was one of the research emphasis of the utilization of fly ash resource.
