摘要

为研究环境因素对冷屋面涂料反射隔热功能的影响,进行了北京地区为期 3a的冷屋面涂料自然老化试验,定期观察样板涂层形貌变化,测试其太阳光反射比和发射率等功能性参数。试验结果表明:涂层表面受污染较为严重,是影响太阳光反射比的最主要因素。太阳光反射比总体呈下降趋势,初始反射比越高,衰减越明显。在 3a内,太阳光反射比随着季节呈现周期性变化,清洗对延缓太阳光反射比尤其是溶剂型涂层反射比的衰减有所帮助。发射率略有增加,变化不大,始终维持在一个较高的水平。

Abstract

In order to research the enviromental influences on radiative reflection function of cool roof coatings,a three years field weathering test of the cool roof coatings in Beijing areawas implemented by checking the changes of coatings surface and measuring solar reflectanceand thermal emittance periodically. The results indicated a serious contamination on coatingssurface,which was the main factor reducing the solar reflectance. The higher the initial solarreflectance was,the more obvious reduction of reflectance occured. During 3 years,solar reflectance showed a periodical change along with seasons. Cleaning could delay the reductionof solar reflectance,especially for solvent based coatings. Thermal emittance increaced a littleand always maintained high values.
