摘要

涂料中水分含量的测定技术可用于涂料用原材料水分含量的测定、生产工艺过程的质量控制和最终产品中水含量的测定;同时,水分含量也是计算含水涂料中挥发性有机物(VOC)含量的重要参数。本文综述了常用的涂料中水分含量检测标准及方法的现状,介绍了现有标准及方法的适用范围及局限性,为企业和检测机构选择方法提供借鉴。

Abstract

The determination of water content in coatings materials can be used to determine the water content of raw materials for coatings,the quality control of the production process and the water content in final products. At the same time,the water content is also an important factor used for calculation of the volatile organic compounds(VOC) content in aqueous coatings materials. This paper reviewed the current status of test standards and methods for water content in coatings materials,and introduced the scopes and limitations of existing standards and methods,providing a reference for enterprises and testing institutions.
