高铁白车身腻子打磨工艺研究

摘要

为了解决高铁白车身腻子人工打磨质量不稳定、效率低以及工作环境恶劣的现状,通过引入机器人打磨、恒力控制技术对腻子打磨过程进行优化,并设计正交试验,以表面平整度和粗糙度作为输出指标,考察磨削过程的具体参数。结果表明:通过选择合适的砂纸目数、磨削力以及进给速度,能够提高腻子打磨的质量。在此基础上,最终以车身整体平整度作为实验输出指标,优化打磨路径、次数及打磨方式,可以得到具有良好平整度的高铁白车身表面。

Abstract

In order to solve the unstable quality,lower efficiency and harsh working envirnment of hand-sanding for high speed train body in white,robot-sanding and constant force control technology were used to optimize the sanding process of putty. By using orthogonal experimental design and surface smoothness and roughness as indicators,the specific parameters of sanding process was investigated. The results showed that the quality of putty sanding could be improved by selecting proper mesh number of sand paper,applied force and moving speed. Taking the whole-body surface smoothness as indicator,by optimizing the sanding path,frequency and sandingmode,a high speed train body in white surface with good smoothness can be obtained.
