高速动车组在北方冬季运行时,车下重要组成部分转向架容易在风雪天气下发生覆冰,对制动效果和信号传输均带来不利影响,威胁车辆运行的安全和平稳性。抗结冰涂料可以通过降低材料表面能实现抗结冰功能,本文通过设计性能实验综合分析比较了当前市面存在的几种不同品牌的抗结冰涂料的疏水性、着冰力等性能,之后结合工艺配套性等因素选用其中性能优异的某种涂料做实车性能测试。综合测试结果表明抗结冰涂料的使用可有效降低冰对涂层的附着力,更有利于冰层的融化和脱落。最后,综合实验结果探讨了这类涂料在轨道车辆上的应用前景。
When the high-speed EMU runs in winter in the north area,the bogie,which is an important part of the vehicle,is prone to icing in snowstorm weather,resulting adverse effects on braking effect and signal transmission,and threatens the safety and stability of the vehicle operation. Anti-icing coatings can provide anti-icing function by reducing the surface energy of materials. In this paper,the hydrophobicity and anti-icing performance of several commercial anti-icing coatings were comprehensively analyzed and compared through designing performance experiments. Then,a kind of coatings with excellent performance was selectedbased on process suitability for on-site vehicle performance test. The test results showed that the use of anti-icing coatings could effectively reduce the adhesion of ice on the coatings,and was more favourble to the melting and peeling off of the ice. Finally,the application prospects of this kind of coatings on railway vehicles were discussed based on the experimental results.
