锌镁涂层新型热镀锌钢板与涂料的匹配研究

摘要

介绍了锌镁涂层钢板与涂料的匹配情况,主要从锌镁涂层钢板的材料特性,实验室与涂料匹配的防腐和外观性能,以及在线试验过程中的外观状态进行分析。最终发现,锌镁涂层钢板在提升涂层防腐性能和外观方面效果显著,可有效降低钢板镀锌量、降低电泳打磨需求。对降低成本,提高与免中涂涂装工艺和薄膜预处理技术的匹配性能具有积极意义。

Abstract

The coatings compatibility with zinc-magnesium steel is introduced,including the basic properties of the zinc-magnesium steel,the performance of corrosion resistance and appearance in lab and the appearance quality on line tries compared with HDG. It is revealed that zinc-magnesium steel has good corrosion resistance and appearance performance,also can lower zinc usage and reduce the frequency of CED sanding. It is useful for reducing the cost,improving the compatibility with the intercoat-free painting process and thin film technology.
