摘要

介绍了海管潮差区和飞溅区立管部分目前现有的几种传统腐蚀修复方法和水下高分子材料修复法,比较了现有传统修复方法与水下高分子材料修复法的优缺点,通过比较认为水下高分子材料修复法具有防腐性能好、结构强度高、耐温性好及施工方便快捷等优点。最后以渤海某油田2个平台海管立管腐蚀修复工程为案例,详细描述了利用水下高分子材料修复海管立管的具体实施过程。

Abstract

Several existing methods of corrosion repair and underwater polymer material repair method are introduced and analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional and underwater polymer materials repair method are compared. It is concluded that the underwater polymer material repair method has the advantages of good corrosion protection,high structural strength,good temperature resistance and has good construction performance.Thus,taking an example of the Bohai oil field platform tube corrosion repair project,the paper describes the process of repairing the riser with the underwater polymer materials.
