利用 Ansys Fluent 软件对文氏喷漆室文丘里管中流体流动状况进行了数值模拟,主要探究了收缩管长度(X1)和喉管长度(X2)对文丘里管内部压力场和速度场的影响。研究结果表明:收缩管为390 mm、喉管长度为162 mm时,文氏管内产生的压差最佳、速度场最大,最利于清洗水雾化,净化喷漆室。模拟分析结果对于文氏喷漆室文丘里管结构参数的设计具有一定的指导意义。
Ansys Fluent is used to simulate the fluid flow in the Venturi tube of the Venturi lacquer chamber. The effects of the length of the contractile tube (X1) and the throat (X2) on the pressure and velocity of the Venturi tube are investigated. The results show that the pressure and velocity in the Venturi tube is the best when the contraction tube is 390 mm, and the length of the throat is 162 mm. It is the most favorable for cleaning water atomization and purifying the painting room. The results of simulation analysis have some guiding significance for the design of Venturi tube structure parameters in Venturi lacquer chamber.
